• August 17th – September 30th, 2026: ADA Ramps throughout Tower Hill Grove Development (Cipolloni Concrete) – COMPLETED
• September 21st – October 31st, 2026: Milling and Paving (JDM Paving)

ADA Ramps (concrete work) – COMPLETED

• Tower Hill Grove Development (Blackburn Dr., Grove Circle, Nightengale Circle, Blossom Hill Lane, Morningside Circle, Belle View Way)

Milling and Paving – Tentatively Beginning Monday, September 21st, 2026

• Tower Hill Grove Development (Blackburn Dr., Grove Circle, Nightengale Circle, Blossom Hill Lane, Morningside Circle, Belle View Way)
• JDM Paving is tentatively scheduled to begin paving in the Blackburn Development on Monday, September 21st.
• Once the Tower Hill Grove Development is completed, JDM Paving will move to the Oxbow Ridge Development.
• Oxbow Ridge Development (Cassandra Drive, Shady Hill Drive, Thornburry Court)
