About Us
The Parks & Recreation Department is responsible for the maintenance of all the Township’s recreation facilities, parks, trails, and open spaces; as well as hosting events that meet the needs and interests of residents, contribute to the health and well-being of the community, and encourage a sense of community.

North Branch Park
North Branch Park is on Park Avenue, behind the municipal building. Amenities: (2) Miracle playground systems; (1) set of swings; (1) 4-way spring teeter-totter; (1) climb on train engine(6) little league baseball fields; (1) combination football and soccer field; (3) soccer fields; (6) basketball courts

West Branch Park
West Branch Park is on Schoolhouse Road between the railroad tracks and Cedar Hill Road. The park has a Multi-purpose soccer/football field, (2) tee-ball fields, and walking trails.

Highlands Park
Highlands Park is on E Schoolhouse Road next to Chalfont Fire Co. West Station. The park has (1) a playground system, (1) a set of two-seated swings, and (4) half-court basketball courts and walking trails.

Veterans Park
Veterans Park is at the corner of New Galena Road and Walters Road. The park has 60.31 acres of passive open space, walking paths, a pavilion, and a tot lot.
Pheasant Run Playground
Pheasant Run Playground is located on the corner of Pheasant Run Drive and Seneca Drive and has (1) a T-swing set with two swings and (1) a metal sliding board.

Peace Valley Park & Lake Galena
Peace Valley Park is off Creek Road in New Britain Township. The 1,500-acre park includes the 365-acre Lake Galena. Visitors can bike, take in natural beauty, enjoy the meadows and wildflowers, stop for a picnic, play on the playground, or for some boating and fishing.
