New Britain Township hosts a Yard Waste Drop Off in the Spring and Fall for residents. The yard waste dumpster is outside the Township Building at 207 Park Avenue, Chalfont, PA 18914. The event is limited to Residents Only, No Businesses!!
Just a friendly reminder that the New Britain Township Administration, Police, Public Works, and Tax Offices will be closed this coming Monday 1/20/2025 in observance of the holiday.
We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday 1/21/2025.
New Britain Township Parks and Recreation Committee will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at 207 Park Avenue, Chalfont, PA 18914 on Tuesday, January 21, at 7:00pm. All interested parties are encouraged to attend in person.

The New Britain Township 2025 Final Budget is now available for public review at the New Britain Township building during regular business hours, and on the Townshipβs website at: https://newbritaintownship.org/information/financial-information/.Β
The 2025 budget provides an increase in real estate tax of 1.5 mills and no increase in earned income tax rates. The Board of Supervisors has adopted this Final Budget and Tax Levy Resolution at the business meeting on December 9thΒ at the New Britain Township Building, 207 Park Avenue, Chalfont, PA 18914.
Attention, everyone! Sunset Ave between Walter Road and Barry Road will be closed temporarily due to a tree that has fallen onto power lines.
