Report an Issue

You can report issues in New Britain Township to the Township Office by following the steps below. It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Download the Request for Service Form from the Township’s website and complete the required sections of the form.
2. Submit the completed request for service form in-person at the Township building between the hours of 8 AM – 4 PM, Monday to Friday, or scan and email it to: [email protected].
3. Wait for the report back to you regarding the status of the issue.
